Hello, I have a 1995 Audi a6 quattro. The car has 184,000 miles on it and has been working great up until now. Recently I have been working on replacing the factory radio with a Sony Xplod (which is very difficult to get right without a wiring diagram). At one point while I was working on the stereo-to-speaker wiring the car died. I thought that it ran out of gas, because the car was extremely low,but I put a gallon of gas in recently and tried to start the car without any response. All of the electronics come on, but when I try to turn on the engine nothing happens. *Note- I can hear the starter relay click. If anyone can help me with this problem, as well as giving me a proper wiring diagram for the stereo system, I would be very grateful. This is a 2.8 L. V6 btw.

 

l found out that it was the starter. I bought a starter from Advance Auto Parts for $150.
