Audi A3 and engine management problems.....?
My friend Tom had an audi a3 for 11 months now, its 5 years old, low mileage. this year he has taken it into the garage 5 times with engine management problems. Anyone else own an audi and have had similar problems? its costing me a fortune! im so put off buying Ford VCM II.

I have a 2006 A3 with ~57,000 miles, purchased new. Have begun to do some preventative inspections/replacements of items. Have had a few issues to deal with, and some to just endure.
What error codes were thrown or parts replaced so far?
