Our 1998 Audi A4 has been sat for about 5 weeks outside and the battery had gone flat. We went today to jump start it and we cannot open ANY of the doors.

The car has only manual central locking. The key turns but nothing happens - silence.

AUDI can't suggest anything -they say they that they have never heard of it. All they can suggest is paying the AA to break into the car. But we don't have home start and it will probably cost s fortune

Any ideas? The thing is that we have to take the other AUDI for a service to the AUDI garage on Friday and won't be able to if we can't get a lift in the other car!

Trunk won't open either? Sometimes the seats don't latch well, you may be able to fold one down.
