A few months back, as we entered a on-ramp our 2008 A4 2.0 started blowing huge plumes of white smoke. We pulled over and shut off and had it towed to a dealer , they told us the only thing they found was some pooling of oil in the innnercooler prior to the turbo and it probably sucked in and caused it. They said they didn’t know what caused it and figure the engine is going and didn’t offer much help. Since the oil consumption has been getting worse and Everett now and then when we step on it to much or are accelerating rathe r hard and especially on a uphill we look like the bat Mobil and smoke everyone out for a time then it goes away and is fine. Ideas suggestions ?
