What do you think is wrong? Water (with impurities and antifreeze) and electrical equipment do not mix. There are a lot of electrics in the passenger (and sometimes driver's) side foot wells behind the carpet. You'll need to get it cleaned out and more importantly dried out. Not to mention a new heater core.

I made a bypass on heating core hose for temporarily. Is electrical boxes under the carpet and how do I take out the carpet with the clutch and armrest in the middle of the car

The electrics are not located ON the floor but rather on the lower parts of the firewall where the floor and firewall meet. It really depends on the model of car though.

If you are unable to pull up the floormats to gain access to those electrics, the seats and center console are going to have to come out in order to get the carpet out. IF you've had an inch of antifreeze in the floor, you need to pull it all out and rinse that crap out anyway.

Bottom line is the only way to truly clean this up is to disconect the battery, pull the seats, center console, and carpets, rinse down the affected areas inside the car with clean water (with, maybe a little bleach to kill any funk that has already started to grow) with a garden sprayer (don't need to drown it with a water hose) and shop vac any standing water back out. THEN, let it all sit in the hot sun for a few days before putting it back together.
