I just bought an a6 audi Quattro 2.8 v6, car has cel on, cant read them because the connector has been removed. It stalls when the rpms drop, also at idle the idle bounces up and down from 700-300 and sometime stalls. Seems like it has multiple engine misfires. Could iac valve be causing this?

 

a vac leak or a air in the coolant lines wold have that affect

now in how the hell and why did the odb connector get pulled? not trying to be insulting but you do know its right by the hood release?
