CLuster wont work

well heres another problem , after smaking a curb my entire instrument cluster wont work, it lights up fine but doesnt give me any reading, any ideas as to whats wrong.

nevermind, just found out the problem a blown fuse. hahahaha, my bad, i guess in my state of pandamonium i just overlooked the obvious.

ok now i know that the fuse is blown but everytime i replace it, it blows again in like 30 sec, whats up with that. possible surge from the alternator?

r u using the right fuse amp

yeah just a the recommened 5 amp, although as a temporary fix im thinking of putting in a higher amperage fuse, pretty sure theres a short somewhere but cars not really in the shape for me to lift and investigate.
