Question Clutch issues

Hey folks...

2002 Allroad 2.7T 6-speed manual. Have been having some slippage issues in higher gears (4-6) when accelerating quickly and engaging the turbo. My RPMs go way up without the normal acceleration, and when I take my foot off the accelerator, they quickly go back down to a level proportional with my speed. Sound like I need a full clutch job, or possibly just a resurfacing of the clutch plate/fly-wheel? Car has 70K miles on it. Seems low for a clutch to tank.

Thanks in advance.

Dave

yea ur probably gonna need a new one!
its hard to say how long a clutch is gonna last cuz it depends on the driver (it could be from 50k to 150k)

Also be sure to replace the TO bearing while the clutch is out.
