cooling fan wont work

the cooling fans at the front of the engine the one on the right works but the one on the left by the air intake doesnt spin whats up with that any idea?

its called a condensor fan... turn your a/c on and watch it work

Mine both come on when the car is off and they run (not consistantly, just off and on...) until the battery dies.... Anyone have any idea what would cause this? It has been doing it for almost a month.
