Hi, i was looking at an audi and they said the odometer had been disconnected, is this easy to fix ? wats the wiring set up like ? just running off the clutch ?

 

Not Sure what they meant but I know it could be as simple as a fuse under the dash. On Most cars you can unplug a guage fuse and the odometer is off as well as all the instruments on the cluster. The mileage doesn't increase but this should never be done based on the fact that you are breaking the law....

yea, but audi's are normally alot more complex than other cars.. i was wondering if i could try and fix it myself.. does any1 know what the wiring is like ? a simple 3 wires off the clutch or .... ? thanks
