One of the "Tuner" car mags did a Dyno with one.

It did like 5whp & a little less torque.

Put the money else where.

 

honestly its crap hp gain is like 2-3 hp and torqu really doesnt change, you can get better results with a leaf blower. theres a vid of it somewhere online where theseguys get 25 hp with a leaf blower and another 40hp sprayering notrous into the blower.

 

I remember reading about this. I also remember reading someone analyzing this thing with a bunch of equations and figuring out that it doesn't give squat. I also remember the guy that made this thing made a rebuttal basically saying "I can see how your calculations would lead you to believe that this thing takes up more HP than it gives, but if you look and it from a standpoint that it doesn't provide boost, but makes you have less vacuum and therefore your engine sucking in air easier, you will see that it actually gives you more HP!" At that point I called BS.

Long story short, this thing sits in your intake and only goes on at WOT, which means that 99.9% or the time it'll be doing nothing but obstructing your intake. At least that's the way I see it.
