Giac Chip question.

Giac Chip question.
So i bought and installed my new Forge splitter a few days ago... My car has a Giac chip in it, and my first question is: what or how many click turns on the adjustable Forge splitter do i need to suit my car? i heard that its 18-22 clicks on the Forge splitter.. i think?
And my second question is: Can someone maybe help me figure out what Giac chip i have?
In this link it shows the Giac chips for the A4:
http://www.giacusa.com/software.php?...&modelid=2
Except i just bought this car a few weeks ago and have no clue to what exact chip is in there?
I am new to the Audi scene, some please help.. Thanks!
my car is a 99 Audi 1.8T Quattro

RE: Giac Chip question.
it depends on the stock ECU you had in before... you can check which one you have by opening up and getting to your ECU. there should be the number on it.
pop your hood and take out the rain guard
right above the windshield washer fluid tank is a "black box"
unscrew the 6 screws i think it is and you're inside to the ECU.
