GIAC Chip question

Default GIAC Chip question

I just recently bought an 01 A6 quattro 2.7T. When i was looking through it came across a box that has two GIAC chips in it, one has written on it "TIP" and the other says "engine" now i know that they will make my car a lot faster but i have no clue where they go.... could some one please help

ECU goes in the ECU box, between the 2 firewalls, next to the brake booster. The TCU goes into the TCU box, located in the passenger side footwell, pull the carpet up a little, reach in and pull the entire box. Swapping the modules is pretty easy
