A day ago i went to turn on my Audi A4 98 and it would not turn on the battery and connections are good but it wont start i was told that it was the starter or sellenoid and i wanted to know if anyone knows how to remove it and can please tell me step by step please and thank u

 

Did you have the battery tested? How old is the battery? Is there any power at all e.g. radio, lights, etc? Here in Arizona, batteries last only about 3 years and the failure is often sudden with not enough power to turn the engine over.

 

Ignition switches are known to fail on these cars too.
