i drive a 2000 s4 TT quattro and my cat is rattling really bad. i called a shop and asked how much it would be and they told me 280 each so i heard i needed two. is there any easier way to fix this problem?

Take the rattle away from the cat. [:@]
Get new downpipes. It will cost more, but you will get a nice HP & turbo spool up bump.
There are 4 cats in the S4, 2 are right after the turbo, & the other 2 are in the normal place in the DP's.

Go on ebay and get universal cats, or just get a test pipe. i have the same problem and its driving me crazy. this summer im just gonne get 2 magnaflow uni. cats for lik 120 shippe and just ahve a local shop weld it on.
