New here. Allroad problem, please help!

Default New here. Allroad problem, please help!
I have a 2001 Allroad. It threw a PO741, and reverse slips bad when warm. It gets worse, the warmer it gets. Also when it gets warm, it shudders under throttle.

Zero symptoms when cold.

Low/Bad fluid? Hammered trans? It has 108,XXX.

I've searched the forums, but nothing with the "OK when cold" schenerio.
