No Heat 1996 a4 quattro

Default No Heat 1996 a4 quattro
Replaced thermostat and water pump already. Bled coolant system per instructions. Does not over heat runs at 199 degrees. Remove both hoses on heater core at idle and have no flow. Any ideas????

To add to the diagnosis, I just determined the coolant bottle is cracked, is it possible that the car is sucking air into the coolant system due this.
