No Heat at idle on 03 Allroad

Can't get heat with 03 Allroad at idle. Flushed heater core. Off idle plenty of heat. Any suggestions??

You have an air bubble in the core. Flushing it is part of the job - now it needs to be bled.

Thanks, we have bled the core per Audi procedures. Any other possibilities?
