Questions for the Solus using tech's (A-6)
I have a 2001 A-6 2.7t. The airbag light is on, so as I have read in this site, I am the newest member to that club. I bought a Solus scanner with the Euro updatesand went to scan the car and ran into this issue.
The car seems to run good. A bit underpowered for a 6cyl in my opinion. No check engine lights. It pulls OK then drops off and then pulls again on acceleration
The airbag light is on and when I went into the systems menu in the scanner and selected system 15-AIRBAG/PRETENSIONERS and get error 65535 ECU DEFECTIVE. I am very new to audi's and wonder if anyonehas some input on this problem? All the systems seem to be working OK and the lack of enginelight is throwing me off!
If the answer is order a ECM, who's got the best price?
