Ok, so I have searched the forums and have found a number of postings about suspension.

My question is for wnyone who has replaced the spring/shock on their own. I want to do it myself in the garage, but I dont want to end up having the car flat bedded to the nearest Audi repair shop. I plan on replacing the 100k mile old, stock, pogoing shocks with something simple like Monroe Sensatrac (lot of highway driving on this baby), unless anyone has a better suggestion. The springs are gong to be Eibach Sportlines, I have them in my other car, and love em'.
