I am using a brand new hp laptop running vista and have downloaded the software for vista. The lap top can connect to the car and I run the test on com 4 which is the usb but then when I go to one of the six applications it says that it has been unplugged or stopped sommunicating???? Is there something I need to know? How do I know what my interface starts with? thanks. I used this link
