Default S4 Alarm

I've had my S4 Avant since November, now with warm weather, I want to lock the car with the windows cracked for ventilation. The alarm will sound/lights will flash after about 15-20 minutes if I leave windows or sunroof partially open.

Is there a procedure or sequence to follow that will allow me to lock the car with partially open windows.

Thanks for your help.

Yes there is. I dont know if you have figured it out yet but if not here it comes. There is a interior motion switch on the pillar between the
front and rear door on the driver side, use that to shut off the motion sensor...

You can also permanently lower the sensitivity with a Vag-Com diagnostic tool.
