So my LCD screen is going out. 2001 a6 2.7T. I wanna replace just the screen. How do I put it in the cluster? Does it need soldered? Does it come with the blue strip etc. Basically....how do I do this? And I hear I can get one on ebay. Anyone know specifically where?

Also....looking for a 6 speed shift ****. Leather is wearing off. Audi quoted me at 130 bucks minimum...too much for me. Anyone know where I can pick one up? Like any websites or anything?
