Stalls at idle
I have an
cs100 quattro,
'94
v6
with 145000 miles.
Manual Transmission
the car runs great most of the time, but on will sometimes just stall out when its idling. if i keep my foot on the gas to keep it around 1000 rpm it wont stall out, but when its acting up i release the gas or put clutch in to shift the engine goes out on me. if anyone has any ideas please help me out! thanks!!

My car was doing something similar, but wouldnt completely die unless I was not careful with how I was taking off in first gear. Mostly it would just drop down to about 300rpms and then fight back up to over 1000 and drop again....Ended up being a faulty MAF that was sending 8X the normal readings for grams of air per second coming in.
