Default Sucking air?

I have a 2003 Audi 1.8TQM and just did a revo stage 1, Forge DV, and an N75 Race Valve. This afternoon I start driving and as I accelerate I hear air being sucked in. I'm thinking that there was a hose that came loose from one of the valves i just had installed. I go to pep boys and look for a vacum test kit and/or a boost gage to see whats going on. Anyway I open the hood and as i'm looking for a place to run a vacum line I notice this part that looks like it came apart. Can anyone tell me what it is?

Default RE: Sucking air?

I was checking other forums and someone else had a similar question and the response was that the part is a suction pump. Is this correct and if so what would cause it to come apart. i tried to push it back together but it wont stay once i start driving. Is there an aftermarket replacement?
