Apologies to one and all if this is a dumb question...

So picked up my shiny wee A3 with Nav today. No manuals in the glove compartment (they're being mailed to me) so no clue if this is possible or not, or if it is how to go about it, but...

Since my DVD slot is currently occupied by the Navigation data, I can't use the dozens of MP3 CDs I had in my previous car. So was wondering if it's possible to transfer the data from the DVD to an SD card, and popping it into one of the slots, thereby freeing up my disc slot?
