Hey, I have really wanted to put a new muffler on my 2.7T. It already sounds good, but i want great. Looking for a mid-low tone, and decently loud. but i also dont want to break the pockets (currently in college). I believe my stock outlet is 2.5" but i could be wrong. Also, If anyone had any other suggestions on how to make my car look more fly or sound better or anything of those regards on a budget. Let me know!

i cant say much from personal experience since im still lookin for mufflers for my a4 but i like flowmasters if you want a universal muffler. they have a ton of options for noise level and size. and their website actually has sound clips!! i had the super 40 series on my old car and loved it. it was loud and sounded good without being 'ricey'. now im lookin to get either the 50 or 60 series since they are a lil quieter

 

Magnaflow 14816 sounds great on an Audi. Search YouTube for sound clips - you'll find a long list of them.
