The V6 & V8 Inlet Swirl Mainfolds have KITS to purchase off the Internet.approx £400
But V10 Engines haven't been so popular, so NO KITS available !!

Its Manufacturing Defect - Plastic bar & clips & linkage holding the hardened brittle plastic flaps in place, this whole swirl manifold being on top of the the hottest part of the V10 Engine - Mid Centre above the block, flanked by the two V - 5 cylinder heads. Time & Heat = Failure
As usual 10,000mile Synthetic Oil Changes will help reduce heat, as oil is the life blood of any engine.

So Options:
UK Audi Part Number for the complete aluminium two part swirl manifold complete with three motors / leversto turn the swirl manifold bars and flaps was £2000 plus Vat.
USA from J H Motorsports offers the same Genuine part number manifold for £1400 carriage paid and manifold gaskets, plus Import Duty of £393 paid to DHL on delivery.

Hence the USA one was purchased.

The situation now is, it maybe worth opening a New Business to undertake refurbishment and even making the components that break or seeing if some the V8 swirl component kits that are available, are the same parts as the V10.
My old V10 Swirl Manifold has been kept for pattern.
