Hi all - Need some assistance really,

I have an Audi A4 2003. The internal fan is blowing fine however when I click the window screen clear button it is not re-directing the air flow up across the screen.
It does seem to work occasionally but not all the time.

Is this an issue with the motor or does something need cleaning. I was hoping it might be a fuse.

Any help much appreciated?
