My 2004 Audi A4 wagon (best little car ever!) has this issue with the cigarette lighter. I can hold it down and it works, heats up ok eventually. Plug in my GPS and it audibally blows the 15 a fuse. OK, I blew 2 and I need to use my GPS tomorrow! I searched on here and someone suggested the back cig lighter might be the issue? If my truck latch actually opened the rear (I have the Avant wagon).....totally another issue..........I could check that but.......is that where I should be looking to solve this issue? It worked some time ago.....not sure what set this all off.
