I replaced the battery to both keys for a 2006 A4 and they still will not work. Any suggestions

 

The keys need to be re-programmed. Here is how you do it...

You have to put the key in the ignition, turn the key to the "accessory position" , and hold the unlock button for at least 5 seconds. This should do the trick.
