Hello everyone! I used to have a '97 A4 1.8t non-quattro several years ago when I was still living in New Orleans. Unfortunately I had to sell it after having it for a few months, but I just purchased another 97 A4 a couple of days ago. I'm pretty excited about it because I hated to get rid of my last one. This one is a manual transmission 2.8L quattro version. I'm not gonna mod it, just drive it a lot, so I don't mind the limited aftermarket support for the engine. I love the quattro a ton, and it's a blast to drive. It needs a new clutch pretty bad ($$$) and it threw 2 MIL codes today when I was driving it. Gonna have the codes diagnosed when I have the clutch done in a couple of days. They look to be coming from an 02 sensor and cylinder #5 misfire. I'm hoping it's not too serious.
