Default Thinking about buying a 2003 RS6

Hey all,

I'm new to this forum, just signed up now that I'm considering buying a 2003 RS6. I'm hoping to get some pointers from current/past RS6 owners and/or anyone who has some experience with them.

First off, are there any obvious issues I should be on the lookout for when I go to look at one? Any specific questions I should ask about past problems/issues? What I mean here is any RS6-specific issue, I'm not looking for the generic buying-a-used-car tips.

Second, I'm planning to go look at one tomorrow (see link: 2003 Audi RS6 with upgrades, excellent condition!). It is for sale by the (second) owner for $21,595, has 93,000 miles, and according to the post has had all the periodic maintenance done as recommended by Audi. Also, it has an MTM TCU installed, as well as a Eurocharged ECU upgrade tune. Are these items something that will drastically alter the reliability of the car and should be avoided?

I would greatly appreciate any feedback/advice I can get! Thanks in advance!

Best bet will be to post this is the RS Model subforum, as it'll get more (and more immediate) exposure to other RS owners here. That being said, welcome and please post pics if you do end up buying the car!
