Anyone familiar with the K0422-5B2 turbo?

Would this turbo be a bolt on replacement for my k03 in a 99 quatro b5 with an aeb block and does anyone know anything about it other then its the miata turbo

The mazdaspeed MX-5 came with an IHI turbo and the Mazdaspeed 3 came with the ko4 which wont even come close to fitting on your car.
