It was a little north of the base, on one of those dinky roads that follows the coastline, kinda... I was out driving around, aimlessly, looking for sometingh (ANYthing) to do, and I saw it, on the right hand (coastal) side of the road.

Sea Swirl was up in the middel of Mystic, if memory serves. This place was north of NLON, facing the road, but back a bit. Big sign out front said Lobster & Ice Cream, or Ice Cream & Lobster.

 

I've been reading up on this idea, and from what I've heard, in CA if you defend yourself with a concealed weapon, you will not be charged with carrying a concealed weapon if the defense was legit. Not to mention its sort of a God given right, and a Constitutional one.

 

Its kinda funny this topic popped back up. Oklahoma just passed a revision to the law making it even easier to justify shooting someone in your home. Pretty much now the only thing required of a person to kill someone for entering their house is a gun. And wouldnt you know it, I do have a gun
