Actually I was thinking just a red cape would do..

 

It's all good, I think they will let you go a full 3 years without any positive income, and you can still claim all of you're "expenses" on you're taxes. After 3 years, they will shut you down, but I don't think that will be a problem for you.

 

for federal yes, but state OBT gets no discounts... :S
