I have a couple of relatives that have taken one of teh courses, and they tell me they read and comprehend MCUH BETTER and FASTER, now, than tehy did before. I already read 100+wpm, so it was never an issue, for me... But, I have heard that it helps. I didn't ask if they thought they got their money's worth out of teh course. Actually, I dint ask ANYTHING about the course. Mouthy Women volunteered the information. As if *I* cared... WOMEN, sheesh!

Do your lips move when you read? If they do, then take the course.

good point. if you can manage to STOP moving your lips, when you read, you'll DOUBLE your reading speed, but not necessairly your comprehension...

Of course, speed READING is only HALF the battle. The next half is comprehension. The OTHER half is speed TYPING. The remainder concerns math, I think

Firstly dont speak outloud because then your reading individual words which slows you down. then instead of reading every single word look at the reading in phrases and look for the main purpose of the reading. Thats all that speed reading really is.
