First, the LS1 is NOT referred to as a 350 like you said (ipso facto). A 350 is referred to as a 350... none other. The LS1 is a 346 as was stated above. The last 350 for a Camaro, Firebird, or 'Vette was the LT1 variants.
Second, it doesn't matter what tranny is in that car if it's an LS1. It'll walk a TT no problem. This is a 13.5 and faster car stock. My friend's automatic would run 13.0 with an air filter. It was ridiculous.
If that TT doesn't have a Howitzer to launch it from the line, this race is over before it starts. He can race from a roll, from a dead stop, from a highway roll, in reverse, down a hill, up a hill, whereever (well, maybe not around a nice set of turns) and the result will be the same every time.
Edit.... went back and read page 2. This is getting comical. My R6 owns my Mustang and A4.
