Yeah, I was an existing Cingular customer already, so instead of getting the phone for $40-50 it cost me $120 after the rebate, and they didn't give me the software or USB cable or anything. I guess once they've got you signed on (especially like me, with a 2 year contract), they don't care so much about buttering you up.
