Exclamation Deciding

Howdy from 65 North.

Deciding whether to pull the trigger on an RS5.

I own two 2008 VW Touaregs (a V8 with a/s and a V6) which I will keep until they die and beyond and will remain my work horses - I mean I'm not going to tow my 30 foot camper or 7,600 pounds with anything else right?

I do my own work (been at it for over 40 years), own a VAG-COM, test drove for VW/Audi/Bentley, but never owned one (did go through Porsches, BMWs...)

So some questions for the DIY:

1) Are they as easy to maintain as the Touaregs (sarcasm here )

2) Are there any "special options" packets not readily displayed like in other German models?

3) Is the RS5 offered with:

air suspension, locking center/rear diff, heated steering wheel, full spare?

I can't seem to find any reference to them

4) Is the oil dip stick an option. I noticed on some newer vehicles, the dip stick is now a cute graphic. I personally don't trust that and would like to have the good old dip stick. Is this an option on the RS5?

Look forward to learning from the forum, tia

I am also debating RS5 vs S5, any suggestions would be appreciated.
