Yeah, you see that unlabeled button next to your fog light switch...thats where it is on the newer models. I dont have any problem in my 2k S4 launching at a 5k clutch dump(dont do it if you have the stock clutch) and if the ground is wet I can spin all four tires. https://www.audiforums.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=110722

Oh yeah, for your list of mods which is nearly identical to mine, no offense, but that is pretty sad. Dump that clutch baby!!!

I have a 2000 Tiptronic w/ only giac on PUMP mode w/ 100 octane (dont ask). Other than 710's and the chip, car is a stock auto. Ran a 13.8, I think I posted on here or AW couple months back.

realize the esp deal talked to Jason at jhm yesterday he said that it wasnt esp cause i dont have it but that it was actually the traction control sytem applying brake preasure to the rear wheels when sliping is detected and his fix for past customers was to remove the abs pump fuse wich i tried yesterday in an empty parking lot. this seemed to have fixed my issue i will find out next week at the track but after removing the abs fuse it did not buck and kick like a fricken horse shifting from 1st to 2nd and nose dive instead it was pretty predictable with slight wheel spin in first and a nice chirp going into second and third he said that only the 2000 models were affected by the intrusive traction control sytem and that the 01+ models have the dissable button like you guys stated

also i was a little sceptic about the clutch setup im running but after hammering on it at the track for the first time im a believer i pounded on it at 4 and 5k launches run after run with no problems still getting used to the all wheel drive feel i am loving this car more and more

Anyone smell a distinctive scent(obviously the clutch) after clutch dumps? Yeah its burning like when I fried my OEM, but not as bad.
