Cool

Ive hit 160 as well but took a while to get there... but on another note heres what happens when u have an s4 and think ur invincible... LOL

I was driving my brand new Audi S4 around 110 through some traffic. Not realizing that I passed an undercover police in an SUV. Looking in my rear view i saw him behind the car behind me. I was close to my exit and I could easily lose him in the traffic. The conditions were dry and it was a little cold out. I dropped a gear and floored it... ESP was still on... From third lane to first and then third again... only problem was when i got back to third lane and straightened out the car ESP kicked and tried to correct what I had already corrected.... ****:..... The back of the car slammed into the gaurd rail pulling the front of it into the guard rail as well... Bouncing from there the car did a 360 one way and then again the other way and I landed in an exit lane....

Ended up with a broken rear axle... two rims.. two tires... fenders... doors... new radio... all together $15,000 and loss of license for 2 years... pretty fun... LOL

I thought the Audi could handle and Ive been in racing all my life.. When ur driving that fast TURN ESP off...

To the limiter question - I've had it up very close to 155 and I've heard that's where it's at. Not sure if chipping it removes the limit. And yes, the car was super solid at that speed.

IIRC most chips take off the speed limiter and bump up the rev limiter. I know my APR chip does...

It didnt take long for me to get to 155+ almost 160 but i was going downhill WOT working through the gears so that may have had an additive effect. I can see it taking a while to get to the top speed though (limited by power and aerodynamics)
