I have an S4 wagon and recently had a $2500 brake job done on the car. Everything was replaced. I have been experiencing this continual problem with downhill breaking. On slight inclines, the pedal goes all the way to the floor, and a slight grinding noise occurs. It seems like the sound when pads are worn, but I had everything replaced. The brakes have been serviced 3 times since, but the sound and pressure are the same. Has anyone had this problem with their brakes and what was the solution you came up with?

pump the peddle if it boosts better then there is air in the system
