My 2006 S4 has about equal throw distance to the 05.5 I drove. Mine came with 60/40 seats and bluetooth?

 

Nice car...post some pics...and you don't have to brake it in that long...so go out and have some fun!

I think integrated bluetooth only comes on the 06 A6...but I couild be wrong...

 

Thanks for the additional info. It seems that I definitely have a 2006, but that all S4's ordered before September 2005 with the upgraded audio came without Bluetooth, and all built since did. In fact the option went for $1,000 before September and $1,500 after that date to cover the additional cost of the Bluetooth. I have convinced myself that I didn't need that option, and that using an earpiece gave me privacy while passengers were in my car. (I can really rationalize.)

I needed the car fast, and got every option I wanted, except for the Bluetooth. It even came with carbon fiber trim, which I would not have ordered, but now I love. It also came with heated rear seats which my kids appreciate.

Did a road trip this weekend and I really enjoyed the car. I am coming from an E36 5 spd 4dr M3, which was a geat car. The power of the S4 surpasses the M3, and I love that growl. Even the audio system is fantastic, and the nav worked beautifully.

It has been sub-freezing here for a while. I hope to post some pics when I can clean her up.
