Hi Somebody posted the msg that ebay is selling a apr chip. and its for 2001.5 6 speed s4. Mine is 2000 6 speed s4. Do they fit or no?

Ebay's should be 'M'.

You can physically check it on your car's ECU, or find out thru VAGCom.

while here on the APR chip. a fellow s4 owner told me he would sell me his APR chip he has the same exact car as me a 00 6spd so i was wondering if i got the chip from him what would be the next step? is it just taking off the old chip and soldering the new one and ur ready to go like i have done on some hondas? or do i have to do something special and do i have to reflash the computer??
