Audi s4 interior exhaust smell
Greetings. I just bought a 2000 s4 about 2 weeks ago. I fell in love with it when I test drove it. it has 63000 on the OD. Lately there seems to be a faint exhaust smell when the heater is on sometimes. Does anyone else experience a similiar smell? I don't want to sound like its so pungent that your eyes are burning. Its very faint, and goes away quickly.
I'm also thinking about taking it in for a full service tune up. But I have no idea what to ask for yet. I've owned five 2nd gen (1986-91)rx7's before this car. Rebuilt two of those motors and have extensive mechanical knowledge in this particular mazda arena. But the Rx7 is not even in the same class, or in the same anything, when compared to the Audi S-series line.
Any tips would be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance if this is 6000 post like this one you have already answered.

The smell I dont think I would worry about unless it starts to be a constant problem. ^3K miles, you need to do the timing belt soon, if its going in the shop anyway? Nows the time. Might wanna have them do a snub mount while they are in there too.
