Error Code P1539 A/C Clutch Status Circuit High Voltage

Can anyone help me out on a error code -DTC P1539 A/C Clutch Status Circuit High Voltage. I have a 2000 S4. I keep pulling this error code. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

clutch peddle position sensor and nothing to do with the AC
