Default help on b5 s4 clutch replacemnent...any diy's?

Im getting ready the replace my clutch on my 00 s4. I've replaced numerous clutch's over the years but never an s4. Im pretty confident i can do the job but i figured a diy would probably save some time. I've done alot of searching fora diybut i cant seem to find any.
anyone know where i can find one?

Do you have a Bentley manual? It's not great, but it will get you started on the tranny removal.

yeah, jsut make sure you have a tranny jack, cause getting it out is easy, putting in it and lining it up is hard with no jack. also make sure you torq the bolt on right with you put them back, or face what happened to me and strip on cause you are to lazy to look on the computer, and jsut want to drive your car.

Ya i hear ya. I remember doing a clutch on a VW about ten years ago, couldnt find my torque wrench and finished the job any way! Flywheel seated unevenand the car shook like crazy. Drove the car for a week (swearing every mile) than took the tranny back out the next weekend.
