So yesterday I goosed her for a little bit (not much harder than normal) and she was at about 4-5k rpms and she made a sound kinda like a blow off valve and i lost complete power. Rpms are fine, there is no sign of any vaccum leak. What do you think it is? She still turns on and runs but i am only using her v6 not the turbos. I have never been in limp mode so i dont know if its that, but it sounds like it. And its a 2001.5 S4 if that helps you guys. Let me know what i should do please! Thanks guys!

well ill try and get a pressure test done today or tomorrow, most likely tomorrow. if i cant get it done it will have to wait a week cause its our spring break at school and luckily i dont have to drive my baby. thanks for the help guys, ill keep you posted!

 

ya deffinitly sounds like a boost hose burst or poped off.
