Well my S4 won't pass emissions test cause of the code 16805, now does anybody know how I can pass emissions short of replacing the cats? Does the CEL eliminator by vast work? Any help would be appreciated....

 

cel eliminator wont help you pass emissions unless the only reason you fail is because they can read the code....since i dont know what that code, its hard to help you out there...

 

assuming you have a 2000 its one of you o2 sensors. Get it scanned to find which one is bad

 

16805 - Warm Up Catalyst; Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0421, they only plug in the car to read the codes related to emissions, so if that code is gone I'll pass,yeah I do have a 2000

 

That means your cat converter is bad on the passenger's side, have you already taken it to the dealer for the ECM re-flash to compensate yet? There is a TSB for that on all engines except the 3.0L THIS WILL ERASE ANY AFTERMARKET PROGRAMMING THOUGH.
If you have a chip then adding a spacer between the O2 sensor and the cat is the answer.
